Key Details About Our Subscription Service
Cancelling your subscription:
7 days clear notice will be required prior to your monthly renewal order despatch date. This can be managed through your account on the website. You will receive an acknowledgement of cancellation.
Receiving your subscription:
Orders will be shipped usually within two days of initial subscription start date (weekends dependant) on a monthly basis.
Shipping:
- Free delivery (2-4 working days): orders over £40.00
- Standard delivery (2-4 Working Days): £4.00
- Next day delivery (on orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs): £7.00
Want to change your subscription?
That’s not a problem, you will need to cancel your current subscription (as described above) and set-up a new subscription.
Want to freeze your subscription?
No problem, there is no time limit on pausing your subscription, orders will be shipped again on a monthly basis on the date of recommencement.
